Communications Equipment, Computers and Peripherals. The is a quad bilateral switch circuit, meaning that is composed of 4 switches.
No availability reported, please contact our Sales office. That would be the first type of IC chip that I have ever run across that was quirky like that. Maybe a picture will help.
To the inputs of the 2 switches, we feed an analog signal. The quad bilateral switch chip is a chip that is made up of 4 switches. Originally posted by corns cdbcm is the original of dimarzio,s pre amp for midyfly above and hcf Is the subtitute for cdbcm but “it doesnt work” is that matter?
IoT for Smart Things. Originally posted by Paul Marossy Really? It doesn’t matter who made it, or if there is a different “code” on it. I think they are actually pretty rugged these days, but it seems like the process that they are using for ICs like this are getting more intolerant of signal quality on the control pins. It may have been damaged by static electricity. So current can flow in one direction and the other direction, depending on which side is the input.
The Parker Guitars Forum. In this circuit, we will show the basic functionality of the chip by passing analog signals through 2 of the switches by digital control.
In this circuit, we will show how to connect a bilateral switch chip to inputs and outputs using the quad bilateral switch chip.

Product is under characterization. The datasheet for the can be found at the following link: You can view the control terminal as the signal which closes the switch so that the input datasueet can cross over to the output.
My vote is for a bad solder joint, a solder bridge, or the PCB being damaged from the process of removing the old chip. I suppose the circuit it is going in matters, too. If the switching signal is marginal, or not filtered well, then you can have problems with some manufacturer’s CD parts and some models of those parts in some cases.
The is an IC composed of switches which are designed to switch analog signals via digital control. I think the TI parts always worked, but that was after trying others that seemed to work OK in other circuits when I checked a few.
No commitment taken to design or produce NRND: The is a pin chip. I guess they can be finicky things, eh? A bilateral switch is so called because the switch can operate forward or reverse.
As long as it is a CD, it should work.
If the pushbuttons are not pressed down, then no signal will appear at the outputs. For this circuit, we are only going to be using 2 of the 4 switches.

I would either have third party look at it to determine if the repair work is at fault or not, or see if you can get a new circuitboard. The most common waveform is a sine wave. For me it was only a pain in battery powered circuits since voltage varies a little and current is a concern – I had to put some actual thought into what I was doing.
Each switch has a single input and a single output terminal. If so, I wonder if that might be a factor. Without the control or enable switch, there can be no output. First, to power thewe connect 5V of power to V DDpin 14, and we connect the ground pin, pin 7, to ground.
May 26, Thanks all, I will upload the picture soon. General terms and conditions.
